Fiqh of Salah-Pennies for Pakistan (October 1-3 & 9-10, 2010)
Qabeelat Falaah decided that our Charitree project for this seminar would go towards helping our brothers and sisters in Pakistan. How can some change bring peace? It doesn’t buy much in our community. However, in Pakistan, a penny can start an education, help those affected by the devastating flood, and transform a life. For two weekends, the brothers and sisters competed to fill up jars with change. And the final count for both weekends was:
Sisters : $916.74
Brothers: $245.24
