2. Breaks & Lunch: Throughout the seminar there will be 10 minute breaks every 50 minutes InshaAllah. Both weekends, on the Saturday and Sunday, there will be a two hour lunch. InshAllah we will be serving a complimentary light breakfast. Complimentary water bottles will be made available as well. Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch, but if students wish to purchase lunch, there is accessibility to HUB shopping mall and other fast food vendors in SUB.
3. Payment: The early deadline payment of $135 has passed. Any payments made after May 27th will be $165. Please note that CASH WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT ONSITE. Onsite payment options include check, money order, or Visa/MasterCard only. You may pay via credit card by calling 1-888-ALMAGHRIB (256-2447) Students must pay the complete tuition before class on the first day at the latest. Failure to do so may prevent students from being admitted into class and/or receiving class materials. Seat confirmation is guaranteed only after a payment is made, and will be based on a first PAY first serve basis. Students paying onsite must bring cheque or money order (payable to AlMaghrib Institute). Credit cards are accepted onsite though we encourage cheque’s. Individuals are not allowed to enter or attend (sit-in) the class without registration and payment except on the day of the Open House (First Friday).
4. Check-IN / Registration:
- On the first day of the seminar (Fri. May 29th), please be sure to arrive between 6:00pm and 7:00pm in order to check-in and finalize registration. Registration will start at 6PM & the seminar can begin promptly at 7:00pm inshaAllah.

- Photo I.D Please bring something official with your picture on it. Due to the need to cross check students names with the paid student list, we will actually have to enforce the necessity of photo I.D. You won’t receive your textbook until we see your photo I.D. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to get good parking and a good seat. Class will commence exactly on time in-sha-Allah.

- Photo I.D: student card and/or driver’s license.
5. Room Setup/Rules: a) To maintain a professional and comfortable environment for everyone, brothers will be in the front rows and sisters will be in the back rows insh Allah. There will be two check-in tables, one for brothers and one for sisters. Both doors will be open to both brothers and sisters. Attendees will need the flexibility to use the door that is closest to their seat. b) There will be multiple 10 to 15 minute breaks where a Q & A between the students and instructor will take place, as well as a two hour lunch break each day (Sat and Sun only). ***Important*** Class will start exactly on time inshAllah. Students coming late will NOT be allowed to enter class once it has started. They will be asked to wait outside until the next break period. InshAllah this policy will be strictly implemented.
